Casa Bella Design Build is located in The Woodlands, Texas and was founded by its current owner, Andee Parker, in 2007. Andee studied art and marketing at the College of DuPage in Illinois and then at the University of Dublin, Ireland. After college, Andee worked as an actress in Los Angeles for 20 years before moving back to her hometown of Houston, Texas. Passionate for home design and construction, Andee started Casa Bella Design Build. Casa Bella originally was just Andee and her assistant. She started out remodeling homes in the area. Shortly thereafter, Casa Bella had a consistent one year wait list of projects for clients. Casa Bella is now an all women office of designers, drafters, project supervisors, legal and accounting. Andee also branched out into commercial projects. Just recently, Casa Bella designed and constructed a building for a law firm in The Woodlands. In fact, Casa Bella has remodeled and/or constructed several commercial buildings in the area.
Andee runs Casa Bella projects on a tight schedule and prides herself in sticking to a planned budget. The only time a change order is used is when a client wants to add on something during construction. Andee has had the same 50 plus trades she originally used in 2007 when Casa Bella was formed. This speaks volumes for the mutual respect Andee and her trades have and this equation works very well for all projects running smoothly and everyone working as a team. Andee’s passion for excellence in design and every aspect of the construction process as well as her attention to detail makes Casa Bella Design Build one of the premier and well respected construction companies in Houston. Casa Bella has won many awards for their design and construction locally and nationally. Recently, Casa Bella won the coveted Prism Award for Design/Build from Greater Houston Builders Association in Houston.
Andee is currently a member of National Association of Homebuilders, Greater Houston Builders Association, Texas Association of Builders, and National Kitchen and Bath Association and is frequently published in magazines and newspapers as an expert in her field of design and construction.
Andee has performed extensive volunteer work for Habitat For Humanity as well as many other non-profit organizations.
Outside of work, Andee volunteer teaches high school students once a week during the school year at her church. This will be her 14th year to teach faith studies. Several of her students have gone on to study Construction Engineering and Construction Management at various universities.
